I began my Real Estate career in 2002 in Arizona. Prior to Real Estate, I worked in the Commercial Architectural field, which gave me a natural insight to land and how it could be developed plus being able to look at a building layout and perceive a final use. My background and experience has been an asset to investors both in the Commercial world and Residential Investing. Years of assisting investors with purchasing land to develop into Shopping Plazas and Storage Units, plus locating Office Buildings to be re-purposed or locating the perfect area for a new business has given me a wealth of knowledge and experience to assist my Commercial clients with their business needs. My residential investment clients have access to her unlimited market knowledge when adding a rental investment to their portfolio or finding a rehab and resale deal. Keeping up with the newest technology and abreast of the changes in the Real Estate Market is not a job to me, but a passion.
